Delivery, Shipping and Warranty Information

General Shipping Info

 

We offer delivery service to all areas within Saudi Arabia. We use express shipping as the main and default shipping courier for all domestic shipments, unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us at shipping@auto-works.cc or call 920011443 between 9:00AM and 6:00PM Saturday to Thursday, GMT +3 Arab time.

 

For home delivery orders we will accept a building and full street address and we need a working mobile number for all shipments.

 

For all shipments, shipping costs will be quoted individually. By default, we usually go for the cheapest service to save on our customers. We usually go for the cheapest option and it would take 3-5 days for delivery. We will be offering a tracking number and tracking website for all shipments. We do offer shipping services for multiple couriers and if the customer would like to use a different courier service like DHL or Aramex, we will be happy to provide that and will quote the customer based on his choice.

 

All orders received are processed and dispatched from our Jeddah warehouses. If the stock is available, dispatch is within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, your products will usually be with you in just 2-3 days.

 

If you place your order before 2 afternoon Saturday to Thursday, the order will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 2 afternoon will be dispatched the following working day.

 

Payment and order confirmation is the client's acceptance to all terms and conditions listed in this agreement.

 

Returns Terms

 

We at Auto Works offer a very clear and simple return policy:

  • If the return request is the customer’s desire, without any product defect and/or there is no technical reason preventing product installation or use, (only in cases were Auto Works approved the return/refund request) the customer covers all shipping costs to deliver the product to our main warehouse in Jeddah. The shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable as well.
  • If the return request is the customer’s desire, without any product defect and/or there is no technical reason preventing product installation or use, the customer agrees that Auto Works has the sole right to accept or reject return or refund requests.
  • Auto Works reserves the right to accept any refund/return requests for products sold on special price and/or promotions.
  • If the return request is due to a manufacturing defect or any technical reason preventing product installation or using, Auto Works covers all shipping costs only to the main warehouses in Jeddah.
  • The customer agrees that Auto Works can not be help responsible for any financial costs, fees, compensations, or any alternatives. Auto Works can not be held responsible for any psychological, physical, financial, or material damages, bank charges, or any other damages not mentioned here, caused by delay, defect, manufacturing defects, replacements, or any time periods needed to replace the product in any way. The customer is not entitled to claim any compensations in excess of the value of the items sold including the shipping value (on orders with shipping costs paid).

 

Steps to file a return request:

  • The customer communicates with one of Auto Works teams (sales/warehouse/technical) and explains the reason for the return.
  • Prepare the products for return to Auto Works.
  • An Auto Works team member will contact the customer and arrange for product return shipment. (Return shipping cost varies from one transaction to the other).
  • Product is shipped back to Auto Works. An Auto Works team member will check for conformity of warranty terms.
  • Auto Works will ship a replacement product or refund the customer for product's value. (Refunding shipping cost varies from one transaction to the other).

 

Warranty Terms (FOR GUARANTEED PARTS ONLY)

 

Some parts sold by Auto Works are not covered by/can not be guaranteed. Auto Works teams always make sure the customer is fully aware of guarantee coverage and eligibility through one or more of the following contact methods, including but not limited to: phone, WhatsApp or stated on the invoice.

 

Warranty terms:

  • Warranty replacements happen only once during the warranty period. In other words, Auto Works is responsible for replacing the faulty product only one time as long as the warranty period is valid.
  • To have the products in their new condition. Without any signs of wear or usage.
  • The products sold should be in their original packaging they were sold in.
  • The logistics and technical teams should approve the warranty coverage.
  • The customer agrees that Auto Works can not be help responsible for any financial costs, fees, compensations, or any alternatives. Auto Works can not be held responsible for any psychological, physical, financial, or material damages, bank charges, or any other damages not mentioned here, caused by delay, defect, manufacturing defects, replacements, or any time periods needed to replace the product in any way. The customer is not entitled to claim any compensations in excess of the value of the items sold including the shipping value (on orders with shipping costs paid).

 

Steps to file a warranty request:

 

  • The customer communicates with one of Auto Works teams (sales/warehouse/technical) and notifies them of a technical fault.
  • If the products are eligible for warranty, an Auto Works team member will contact the customer and arrange for product return shipment. (Return shipping costs varies depending on the order).
  • Product is shipped back to Auto Works. An Auto Works team member will check for conformity of warranty terms.
  • Auto Works will ship a replacement product or refund the customer for product's value. (Refunding shipping costs varies depending on the order).

Refunding process takes two (2) to five (5) days.

 

How quickly will my order arrive?

 

We deliver direct to you - no fuss, no hassle, no delay! We use one of the fastest ways to receive and process orders online; 98% of all orders are dispatched in 1 working day. On rare occasions we may run low on stock of non-published items and will individually inform you on estimated time of delivery. You can always track your order on your account page.

The courier customer service will contact you via phone or SMS when your order is ready to be picked up. You can collect your order from the courier office at your area and you must produce an ID proof to collect your order.

 

Lost Packages

 

On rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 15-20 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the package does not arrive, please contact the courier to check that no packages are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our orders processing team at orders@auto-works.cc who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement or a refund based on our internal terms and conditions.

 

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 15 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Auto Works.

 

In the case of delayed deliveries, the client agrees to not hold Auto Works responsible for such delays caused by shipping companies. The client also agrees to accept and understand that shipping services are provided by 3rd party specialized companies, even if Auto Works collects the shipping charges in advance. Because Auto Works does not own or manage shipping companies. But we in Auto Works try to use our connections and contacts in shipping companies to provide best services and experience for all of our customers.

 

Track an order

 

You will get the complete shipping details by SMS on your registered phone number once we deliver the package to the courier. You also can simply retrieve your tracking number from your account and then visit the courier website and track the order using their functionality.
